If you have downloaded the CANAL+ application correctly on your TV, after pressing the "Login" button you will be prompted to scan the QR Code or enter your login details (email and password).

1. To activate via QR code (pairing with a CANAL+ account), you must log in to the application on your mobile device - smartphone / tablet, where in the application menu click on Settings and Pair TV with QR code, then use the camera of your mobile device to scan the QR code from the TV screen.

2. In the case of activation via login details, use the same login name (email) and password as the login details for the My CANAL+ account.

After entering the details or scanning the QR code, your TV will be paired with your CANAL+ account and the application will become active.
